John 5:1–9 | The Pool of Bethesd 

This Palm Sunday, as we celebrate Jesus’ triumphant entry, we also remember His power to step into our waiting places and bring healing.

In John 5, a man waited 38 years—helpless and overlooked—until Jesus came on the scene and changed everything:
“Rise, take up your bed, and walk.”

The Pool of Bethesda, or House of Mercy, reminds us that even when others get ahead, grace still has your name on it. Healing comes not from tradition, but through a personal encounter with Jesus.
